GMC Tools ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website gmc.com.pk. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. The short version: we collect almost nothing. Lightweight tools (calculators, converters, generators) run entirely in your browser. Heavier file-based tools (PDF processing, image compression, background removal) are processed securely on our servers for the best, most reliable results — but those files are handled only in memory during processing and are permanently deleted immediately after your result is returned. We never store, view, share, or sell your files or data.

For tools that require server-side processing (PDF merge/split/compress/convert, image compression/resizing/format conversion, background removal): • Your file is uploaded over a secure (HTTPS) connection • It is processed entirely in server memory / a temporary workspace • The result is streamed back to you for download • The original file and any temporary copies are deleted immediately after processing — nothing is retained, logged, or backed up We do NOT collect or retain: • Any files you upload or process (images, PDFs, documents) • Any text you enter into our tools (passwords, JSON, HTML, essays) • Your personal identity or name • Payment information (all tools are free) This means even though processing happens on our servers, we have no way to access your files afterwards — they simply no longer exist.

When you visit our website, our web server may automatically log: • Your IP address (anonymised) • Browser type and version • Operating system • Referring URL • Pages visited and time spent This data is used solely for security monitoring and understanding general traffic patterns. It is not linked to any personal identity and is not shared with third parties.

Some tools (AI Humanizer, Paraphrasing Tool, Grammar Checker, Essay Writer, Article Rewriter) send your text to the Google Gemini API to generate responses. When you use these tools: • Your text is transmitted to Google's servers under Google's Privacy Policy • We do not store this text on our own servers • We do not log the content of AI requests • Do not submit sensitive personal information through AI tools For all other tools (image, PDF, calculator, developer, text, converter tools), processing is entirely local and no data leaves your device.

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that identify you personally. For details on exactly which cookies are used, see our Cookie Policy.

We use the following third-party services: • Google Fonts — to load fonts (your IP may be logged by Google) • Google Gemini API — for AI-powered tools only (text you enter is processed by Google) We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks.

Because we do not collect or store your personal data or files, there is minimal risk of a data breach affecting your information. Our website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption.

GMC Tools is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us immediately.

Under GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to: • Access any personal data we hold about you • Request deletion of your personal data • Object to processing of your personal data • Data portability Since we collect minimal data, most of these rights will result in confirmation that we hold no information about you.
